Civil Plant Operator

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking a Plant Operator to join our Dubbo team. This casual ongoing role (Mon–Fri) offers the chance for a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the role:

• Operate haul trucks and other quarry machinery (loaders, excavators, dump trucks, water cart, crushers).
  
• Safe, efficient handling of materials and basic equipment maintenance.
  
• Work with your team to meet production targets.
  

What you’ll need:

• Experience operating a haul truck (quarry or similar) – desirable but not essential.
  
• White Card – mandatory.
  
• HR/HC licence – desirable but not essential.
  
• Safety-focused, team player, physically fit.
  
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical.
